Lower El Class Picnic

The Lower El Class Picnic will be held Tuesday, June 15th from 10 to 3.  We are looking for parent volunteers to bring in food and run games.  If you are available to help, please contact your child's homeroom teacher.

 

Olympic Day

Bon Jour amis!  This year, first grade travels to FRANCE for their Olympic Day festivities!  Madame Kraly has already visited our class twice to teach us about the people of France.....merci, Madame!  We will be looking for parent volunteers to organize and man our food table at lunchtime.  We will also need parents to prepare some yummy french dishes for us to share!  Watch the newsletter for more information.

 

 

 

  

    

Mrs. Kobylik has been on staff at Chatfield for seven years.  She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Education as a Reading Specialist. Mrs. Kobylik's goal for her classroom is to create an atmosphere where students feel comfortable taking risks and continually strive to reach their full potential.  She believes that relationships are a very important part of a young child's life.  By fostering these relationships, Mrs. Kobylik can introduce all the wonderful things that school has to offer while instilling in children the love of learning.

Mrs. Kobylik has been married for 23 years and has three daughters, Kristen, 28, Lauren, 19 and Madison, 16 and one son-in-law, Dennis.  This year, Mrs. Kobylik gained a new title....GRANDMA to baby Elizabeth.
